14 Day Return Policy

We offer our customers a 14 Day Return Policy so that you can shop with complete confidence. Please note, returns are subject to the following policies:

  • The return process must begin within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We only accept returns for unused items in original condition. Unfortunately, if your item has been used, we cannot accept it as a return.
  • Returns must include all items and accessories that were part of the original packaging.
  • All return items must be shipped back to us within 15 days from the date of reception.
  • Before returning an item, please contact support to receive a return authorization. Products being returned must have a valid return authorization.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on a return if it does not meet with our returns policy.
  • Unfortunately, we do not allow returns for glass items.

Exchange Policy

If you’ve received the wrong order or a defective product, our simple exchange policy is here to help.


Exchanges are subject to our 14 Day Return Policy and must one or more of the following criteria:

  • The product is defective and does not work properly.
  • The product was damaged upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You are not 100% happy with your order, or you have changed your mind about your order.
    • Please note: If you are exchanging an item, for this reason, it must be returned in unopened and sealed packaging, or as it was delivered. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in both deliver and return processes. There will be no restocking fee charged to your order.

Returning your product for a refund?

Refund Policy

Herb also offers a 14 Day Refund Policy. Products returned for a refund must meet the criteria of our 14 Day Return Policy, and are also subject to these additional conditions:

  • Typically we offer refunds via the same method by which you paid for your order. You may be contacted for further information for some payment methods.
  • Your refunded amount will have the shipping cost subtracted from the order total.
  • You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred to deliver and return the item.
  • Your refund will be processed within two business days after we have received the returned item.
  • Refundable items are subject to a restocking fee, which will be up to 20% of the product cost.

Incorrect or defective orders are often better suited to our exchange policy, as they are not subject to a restocking fee. We will happily replace your items and ensure you have a satisfactory experience, no matter your particular issue. Receiving your refund

If your item meets our refund criteria, we will be happy to reimburse you within 2 days of receiving your shipment.

  • We will usually refund you using the same method you used to pay for your order. You may be contacted for further information for some payment methods.
  • Item must be returned within 15 days of receipt, in the original condition and packaging.
  • We recommend retaining your certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit to us.
  • We cannot accept used items under any circumstances
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on a return if it does not meet with our returns policy.
  • Items returned for a refund (or returned as a result of being undeliverable) are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, as well as all shipping fees incurred to deliver and return the item.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
